Bruh' You Ignorant

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, we've all said it.. "Dang bruh you ignorant!" The statement can mean so many different things, like you could be running it with your friends and they do something SOOOO stupid and you're like, "dude you ignorant," because you have no other earthly idea of how to explain such character; But lets break down this word "IGNORANT" for a second. Sidebar; technology is so freaking awesome when it wants to be, I just googled ig-no-rant for clarification on the definition and it defines ignorant as: lacking knowledge or awareness in general; uneducated or unsophisticated. SO pretty much, its being unaware or uneducated. Which brings me to this point. How many of us are ignorant to God's word? *raises hands* (and some toes too).

You're probably guilty yourself, but thats why I'm here to bring life to these dead situations. Shoutout to Tupac though for turning this phrase into a hit but this is the kind of thinking that will have us dwelling in sin and living eternity in a lake of fire. Dont be deceived by these catch pharases, get in your bible and read what God says for yourself.

So you said ONLY God can judge you? Well you're actually correct, however I have a question for you, What would God say about you right now? How would he feel? Based on the life you're presenting for him, how would God judge you if you took your last breath in this very moment. Because once we all perish, there will be a judgement and God is keeping a record of our lifestyle and the choices we make and the lies we tell, the women we cheat on the men deceived by those full set of lips and wide hips. How would God judge the recordings of your life? EVERY single action will be replayed for God to see in the end. How much will you have to answer for and are you ready for the judgement you rightfully deserve? If you aren't (like me), lets educate ourselves on the proper way to get ready for the judgement. Let's start right now in Proverbs! When I tell you, this is defintely one of my favorite books in the bible because it literally GIVES you the knowledge of God and how to please him. Tired of being ignant' like ya momma say? Then acquire the knowledge of him through the scriptures. "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but FOOLS despise wisdom and instruction. " (Proverbs 1:7) Don't be a fool, silly rabbit trix are for kids. Another sidebar: people be so quick to comment on my post on FB with their opinions about God and blah blah blah but really and truly, they're living contrary to what the word says so usually their comment is a direct justification for themselves and why they sin, saying stuff like "God knows my heart." Thats true but what is your heart saying about you? "Above all else, guard your heart, for out of it are the issues of life." (Proverbs 4:23). Your heart displays your inner man, so if you're a cuss-er at heart then thats who you are, if you're a whoremonger at heart the thats who you are, if you're a liar at heart then that's who you are. The bibe declares in Matthew 7:16 -17, that "you can tell a tree by the types of fruit it bears, a good tree bearing good fruit and a bad tree producing bad fruit. If you're producing cussing fruit then that is your character, I'm not judging you, you are merely displaying your inner heart by the fruit you have developed on these crusty branches. If only we seeked after God's wisdom like we seek after a potential spouse then we would have no problem staying the course. "My son if you accept my words, and store up my commands within you, turning your ear to wisdom and your heart to understanding, if you look for it as silver and search for it as hidden treasure...then you will understandt he fear of the Lord. " (Proverbs :1-5) . You see we have to be diligent about this thing. You just can't read what you want to read in God's word and think its admissable to leave parts out that are too JUDGEMENTAL for your life. (one of my "friends once told me that lol). Baby you have to be about your father's business! Matthew 6:33 says to "seek ye FIRST the KINGDOM OF GOD and HIS righteousnes and all these things will be added unto you." we want the blessings with out the wisdom and the knowledge, and we wonder why when we receive the blessings of God we can't manage it or we return back to sin because we missed some steps and our foundation wasn't solid. How do you ask God to elevate you to a higher spiritual level and you can't even spend 30 mins a day in his word? You have to master the level of faith you're on before he can take you into another dimension. How are you praying for a spouse and you're still having trouble keeping your legs closed in your singleness? You have to be content in your season. STOP BEING IGNORANT BRUH. pick up the word of God and read; Not only about his blessing but his chastisement as well. Read about the wrath of God, we want to see the goodness of God to justify our wrongdoing but God is a black and white God, he wants you to be all in, not on the fence about serving him and living in accorandace with his commandments. "SO because you are lukewarm, neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth." (Revelation 3:16). I don't know if we are afraid to read about the consequnces of sin because in our mind "if I don't acknowldege its presence it gives me an excuse to sin. Like in 2011 BC (before christ lol), I used to lust in my mind and cuss in my mind and do all kind of stuff in my thoughts but i still prayed. BUT when i prayed i prayed out loud because IN MY MND, i convinced myself that God couldn't hear my thoughts, if i prayed out loud he could hear me. Who was I deceiving? nobody but myself, lying to myself thinking i could do and say what i want in secret but God couldnt see or hear me. LIESSSSS. Hallelujah! thank you for deliverance God. Thank you for your longsuffering. But hey, you can keep being ignorant to the word of God and you will find your self on the left and not the right of the Almighty king. "My son, do not despise the Lord's discipline, and do not resent his rebuke, because the Lord diciplines those he loves. (Proverbs 3:11-12). I want to urge you today my brothers and sisters to be "PURPOSEFUL" in you walk with the Lord. Don't just go to church, BE the church. I want to welcome you into this study of #31DaysOfWisdom and I challenge you to challenge your faith in God. Read one chapter a day for 31 days, meditate on his word and ask for understanding.
